Aside from just taking you where you need to be, the updated version of Google Maps now lets you talk to the local businesses in the vicinity. This is especially convenient when you need additional information about the establishment you are planning to visit.
To access this new feature, simply open your Maps app, find the business you wish to communicate with, and tap the message icon. If in case you don’t see the new feature yet, all you need to do is to wait as it will take some time for businesses to adapt to the feature as well.
