After going on beta, the Google Digital Wellbeing app now hits the Playstore with its 1.0 version. Digital Wellbeing helps you monitor your digital habits such as frequency of app usage, how many notifications you receive daily, and how often you check your phone. It allows users to check the amount of screen time they get in a day and set custom timers for apps.
The app also helps you regulate mobile phone use and has smart settings to help you manage notifications so you can sleep better at night without distractions. The Google Digital Wellbeing app is currently available for free on Android One devices running Android 9.0, while it’s still on Beta Preview for Pixel.
