In time for the Valentine’s day, Globe launches *143# menu for its subscribers and also brings back Immortal Promo which is apparently the most favorite promo of the prepaid customers.

In the press briefing, Globe shared that the prepaid market is still the core business in the Philippines as far as mobile subscription is concerned. As they continue to innovate the promos which they started last year by using the tag line “Your Globe, Your Way” in which customer can decide specific promos that they only like.
This year Globe introduced their new tag line for Prepaid – “Go lang ng Go” in coordination with the *143# keyword.

The *143# keyword will revolutionize the keyword system of Globe. Subscribers do not need to memorize all promos and keywords by Globe anymore. By simply keying *143# on your phone, a menu will be pulled and you can choose which service or promo you need. From prepaid balance inquiry, to Share-a-load, roaming activation and the Unli Promos.
Using this *143# service absolutely FREE and is accessible anywhere even outside the country, just dial *143# from your phone and press call.
The *143# service menu is a great innovation from Globe, however it would have been better if they would also develop an app for smartphones. It will make life easier having a one-touch icon in our phones. Nonetheless, subscribers will no longer bother themselves with memorizing long list of keywords. Smart has its own Smart Services app that somehow works like this but is only available to Android phones.
New Prepaid promos and the return of the Immortal
During the launch they introduced their new prepaid promos – the sachet model of prepaid in the Philippines: Unli All Trio, All All Tingi, Unli All Combo while the Immortal is back with two models – Immortal Trio and Immortal text. There is also Facebook Unli just for Facebook addicts out there.
