Here’s a nice move from Globe giving its iPhone and iPad subscribers (and would-be subscribers) another avenue to ask questions or voice their concerns.
Globe recently partnered with the country’s premier Apple User Group forum, PhilMUG.ph, where they have a special section dedicated to handle customer issues.
PhilMUG, a community of over 20,000 members composed of Apple developers, resellers, users and enthusiasts, has launched a sub-forum manned by an official and dedicated Globe online community representative to respond to Apple-related inquiries for Globe products and services, as well as manage forum discussions specific to Globe.
If you have inquiries about the nano-SIM, or bandwidth capping on your iPhone plan, or just about any Globe services related to any Apple products, this is one of the place you would be assured to get a reply.
“œGlobe celebrates another pioneering effort with our partnership with PhilMUG, the trusted expert when it comes to Apple and iPhone in the country. We are very excited with this collaboration, as it gives us the opportunity to bring in our expertise and experience in Apple devices. We look forward to harnessing synergies with PhilMUG as we take the Philippine Apple experience to the next level,” said Martha Sazon, Head of Globe Postpaid.
