Epson announced the launch of the EB-L25000U laser projector in Southeast Asia. This makes the EB-L25000U the world’s first 3LCD 25,000 lumens laser projector. In layman’s terms, this marks the first time a projector consisting of 25,000 lumens of colour brightness and white brightness comes to the region.
Epson’s Most Powerful Projector To Date
First and foremost, the EB-L25000U integrates a fully sealed laser optical engine with laser-light source and inorganic components. Specifically, the use of a laser light source creates a high contrast ratio that can project absolute black and vivid color.
In addition, the projector delivers bright and vibrant images for extremely long periods thanks to LCD panels and a phosphor wheel. Constructed from inorganic materials, these components have superior light and heat resistance. This translates into the ability to continuously operate for 20,000 hours before any noticeable brightness is lost.
The EB-L25000U is ideal for rental and staging in various kinds of installations. This flexibility reflects in the ability to rotate and tilt 360 degrees in any direction, as well as a wide array of motorized 4K-compatible lenses.
Outside of the specs, this particular projector also touts multiple industry awards. These accolades include the Good Design Award 2016 from Japan, s well as Best New Rental/Staging Projector from the rAVe Best of ISE 2016 Awards.
