Looking for a portable travel speaker that won’t take up too much space on your bag but still provide you and your friends the necessary “œoomph” to play your tunes? Check out this iTour-70 from Divoom to see if it fits your requirement.
The iTour-70 is a travel-friendly 2.0 channel speaker system. Its rectangular size which make it look like a pencil box makes it easy to fit into those unused corners inside your bag. Just make sure you don’t lose the 3.5mm audio jack included when packing.
The front speaker grill is made of a scratch resistant metallic polish. At the top are the power switch and volume control. The back panel has a rubbery texture and the ports for the audio jack and microUSB for charging.
The two 1.5-inch full range aluminum micro drivers located on both front ends are rated at 2.5W. It doesn’t give you the bass power that you might want on some of your bass-y beats but it delivers clear detail and very good midrange for most music genre. Volume’s pretty loud for a small group of people or for your own personal consumption while sound-tripping in your room.
The iTour-70 is charged via USB charging so you can leech some charge off your laptop. On a full-charge this speaker will last for 8-hours. It’s 3.5mm audio stereo signal input makes it compatible with most music players, phones and laptops. Just plug your device via the audio cable and you’re all set!
The Divoom iTour-70 is available at your nearest Apple Reseller store (like Power Mac Center) or any Game Stop branch for Php1,150. It also comes in red and blue by the way.

Hey Calvin,
Do you thing it is better than the x-mini 2nd gen?
halos pareho lang when it comes to power… same sized drivers. mas matagal lang yung battery life ng xmini speaker pero mas hiwalay naman yung channel neto.
I’ll check this out, may two years na din sa akin ung xmini. Thanks bro!
For those of yall still on the other end (May 20, 2011)…I can tell u the world didn’t end on May 21, 2011…lls
Poor sound quality. The plastic parts and the switch is sticky and it is less than 1 year only. My free logictec speakers sounds better! Forget this.
