Known for their long-lasting Android phone with the Thrill 430x, CloudFone has done it again but this time, it also comes with a bigger display and faster processor.
The CloudFone Thrill 530qx is a dual-SIM smartphone that sports a 5.3-inch IPS qHD display and utilizes Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. It’s powered by a 1.2GHz MediaTek quad-core processor along with 1GB RAM and 4GB internal storage and support for HSPA+ networks. At the back is a 12-megapixel camera with LED flash and up front you have your 5-megapixel camera.
Specs are nothing special in today’s standards for its class but what makes this phone kinda unique is its 4500mAh battery which should be appealing for those who don’t want to keep their smartphones plugged in most of the time. The battery on the CloudFone Thrill 530qx is higher than the top smartphones and phablets of today. Of course with great battery life comes a chunky body and this phone has an 11.8mm thick body and a weigt of 200g.
The phone also packs some nifty features such as pop-up play for watching videos while doing other things. You can also mute and pause videos or music simply by flipping the phone face down. You can also answer a call simply by raising the phone over your ear. This device also supports USB OTG by the way if that’s something you might want.
The CloudFone Thrill 530qx will hit the market on October 1 for an affordable price of Php9,999.
