Priced at Php 3,999, the Cherry Mobile Flare XL Plus packs a 1.4GHz Octa Core processor with 2GB of RAM and 16GB storage. The 5.5-inch smartphone runs on Android Lollipop 5.1 and is available in White, Black, Gold, Pink and Blue.
