The cream of the crop of Cherry Mobile’s latest Cosmos line of smartphones is the Cosmos Z, which is also the first local-branded Full HD phone in the market. It is also the best-looking one among the four Cosmos phones.
The Cherry Mobile Cosmos Z sports a 5-inch Full HD IPS screen which is still a small crowd in the current market. The clarity and vibrancy of the images is very evident on this screen. It has a really slim beveled body with the front protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 2.
Powering the Cosmos Z is a MT6589T quad-core processor clocking at 1.5GHz, which is the fastest chip MediaTek currently has to offer. It has four power-efficient Cortex-A7 cores on 28nm manufacturing for extremely low power consumption. This phone also has a 1GB RAM plus 8GB internal storage along with microSD support.
The back has that Samsung Galaxy look with the brushed finish on a hard plastic panel. There’s an 18-megapixel camera with BSI sensor at the back plus an 8-megapixel front BSI camera. Removing the back panel will reveal its 2000mAh battery.
The Cosmos Z is expected it to be available a few weeks after the release of the Cosmos X and X2 so we’re looking probably at September. It will have a tentative SRP of Php11,999 which might change depending how the first two Cosmos phones fare.

naka mamahaling CP ka nga, wala ka naming pang snacks at pang load. kung makabili ka ng load pa sampu-sampong piso lang sa kanto then I-unli txt to all network pa plus 5 mins call. para lang masabi na ang gagara ng CP mo. wala naman pinagkaiba to sa ibang phone,pareho naman nakakatawag, nakaka text and nakaka games.

Yes the battery would last a day yung phone ko nga na Titan(not the tv ha)it would last up too 3 days
durability is not really important kc after a year may mga bagong phones naman ang lumalabas,so bibili ka naman ulit.Anohin mo man ang matibay kung sa katagalan wala na rin sa uso….

well… durability really plays an important role on tech products, especially sa phone because it has a high probability to fall (no matter how careful you are) where a shock-proof case is not enough. Also, having said that an average phone user changes their phone once a year, I agree, so if the phone is durable enough, you can still sell it on a promising amount.

Nakakatakot, medyo nadala nako jan kc ung charger ng thunder namin bigla nalang nasira ung cable, then ayaw na magcharge, hanggang sa ginamit ko na lang ung cable ng nokia ko.

Ako din OHD 2.0 user. So far maganda ang experience ko with regards to graphics and over-all performance(I suggest to use other type of headset though). Yung battery lang talaga mabilis maubos kasi hard-core player ako. Tip lang, don’t drain Android phones kasi it takes about 5-10mins bago siya mag-regenerate at ma-open ule. 🙂

Kudos to cherry mobile for the Bright ang galactic launch. Unlike the Starmobile Knight with 3 month hype, kulang sa impact. Until now no stocks pa rin sa local outlet.

Since Nokia had launch and Siemens mobile I could say I have all the model you name it, until Motorola Razz-R to Sony-Ericsson Xperia and iPhone. Who says iPhone is more highend than other locally made mobile phone? Got Galaxy S4 from my boss and bought iPhone 4S and they are both expensive and I am not buying for features but for the name and LOGO. Tell you no more original iPhone from California USA now and the iPhone you bought are already made in china or let’s say assembled in China. I choose to use my Cherry Mobile Titan and not Titan TV. I can say that I refuse to use iPhone 4S and Samsung Galaxy S4 because, they have the features I got from my CXherry Mobile Titan and you can download APPS anything you want from APPS store or Google store without hassle, unlike Samsung and iPhone is very picky to apps you want to download. Besides, I hate Samsung. It is hard to connect to WiFi. I have two highend Samsung Phone but I cannot use it at home because I cannot connect to my 10mbps PLDT WiFi. It is useless to have a highspeed internet connection and paying 4,800 pesos for Smart data plan every month because I said samsung cannot connected to my WiFi at home. In terms of Speed, I tell you My Cherry Mobile Titan is upgraded to Android ver. 4.2.6 Jelly bean and 32GB external and its 1GB RAM has enough space. I dropped it many times and was dropped to sink for 5 minutes but still working and no problem. I bought iPhone 4S for 34,000 pesos and Galaxy S4 for 28,000 pesos that time and Cherry Mobile Titan is only 6,999 pesos at Ultimart San Pablo City. Now tell me who is a wise buyer? Now, I have the latest Cherry Mobile Cosmos-Z and it is awesome 1.5Ghz cortex A7 quad core processor, 8GB ROM and 4GB RAM and 18MP rear camera at 7.6mm thickness, 5.0 inches 5pt. corning Glass Gorilla LCD. The price is 11,999.00 pesos that you cannot get it from Iphone 5 and Samsung Galaxy S4.

TINGNAN nyo un internal nia may mapapansin kayo.. 8gb sa specs. pag chineck nio 2gb lang… tanong nio sa seller sasabihin ganun daw tlga un? eh pano nging 8gb internal non? at pano nging quad core?.. tapos patay malisya na un seller… hmm ^_^
May mga pre-installed applications na kasi na nakalagay like yung OS itself, it eats about 1/4 – 1/3 of the device’s memory depende pa sa version. I guess the User’s internal memory for usage should be named differently para hindi malito yung bibili. Wala atang product knowledge yung seller na pinagtanungan mo. Poor store, they’re paying a stupid employee.
