The Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) has recently adopted digital-first HR with its partnership with Darwinbox.
With Darwinbox’s technological platform, BPI employees now have access to a one-stop shop for all their HR needs, including time and attendance, performance management, issue resolution through Helpdesk, and employee engagement via vibe.
The digital HR transformation’s first phase went live as scheduled, and in less than a year, the project team deployed modules from hiring to retirement that empower, engage, and enable Unibankers to make special moments in less than a year.
By partnering with Darwinbox, BPI is taking a big step forward in its efforts to modernize HR procedures and give its committed employees a better work environment.
