Following the previous recent launches of the Zenfone Max Pro M1 and the Zenfone 5Z, ASUS adds another member to the line with the Zenfone Max Pro M2. This new device is said to improve upon the M1’s design, and will be going for a notched display unlike its predecessor.
Other features include a glass back panel, a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, and a rumored triple camera setup although it seems like the leaks so far only show a dual rear camera. It will most likely be powered by a Snapdragon 660 chipset with an Adreno 512 GPU, and will run on an Android 8.1 OS. There will be two RAM variants available: 4GB and 6GB, both coupled with 64GB internal storage. Like the M1, the Max Pro M2 will also have a whopping 5,000mAh battery capacity.
No word yet as to the exact date of the announcement for the Zenfone Max Pro M2, but we’re always keeping an eye out. What are your thoughts on this unexpected surprise?
