ASUS earlier announced its latest Windows 8.1 tablet, the ASUS VivoTab Note 8. Powered by an Intel Atom Z3470 Quad-Core “˜BayTrail’ processor, the ViVoTab Note 8 has an 8-inch IPS HD display and a 2GB memory with up to 64GB of SSD storage and an ability to use up to 64GB microSD card. Designed for one-hand use, the VivoTab Note 8 tablet is lightweight at 380g.
The ASUS VivoTab Note 8 features SonicMaster audio technology which uses a tailored mix of hardware and software to enhance sound quality to a level far above what you might expect from such a small device.
Perhaps what makes the ASUS VivoTab Note 8 most desirable is the bundled professional Wacom digitizer stylus which makes it a perfect pen-based tablet for digital artists.
ASUS promises a battery life of up to 8 hours with the VivoTab Note 8. The tablet is also bundled with Microsoft Office Home and Student (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote)and comes with a year’s worth of unlimited ASUS WebStorage.
