ASUS has officially launched the ROG Phone 2 in the country, with monster hardware and a price tag to boot.
This is the Taiwanese company’s second gaming phone after the ROG Phone last year. It sports the Republic of Gamers look many users would find among their gaming-centric devices. A plethora of accessories is also available to enhance one’s gaming experience.

Announced last July, this is the first ASUS smartphone to use the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Plus chipset. The gaming-centric flagship is also touted as the first smartphone to have a 120Hz AMOLED display. Plus, it features a massive 12GB RAM and 6000 mAh battery.
As mentioned in a previous story, ASUS will be offering the ROG Phone 2(12GB/512GB) variant in the Philippines for Php 49,995, inclusive of an AeroActive Cooler II worth Php 2,995, and Aero Case worth Php 995. A Champion’s Super Pack was also announced, composed of all the available accessories for the device as a bundle. It’s offered at 30% off for the first 20 buyers – from the original PHP 59,965.00 to PHP 41,995.00.
