With the ASUS MeMO Pad HD 7, you’ll get a 7-inch 1280 x 800 IPS HD display with a wide 170-degree viewing angle, 1.2GHz quad-core processor, 1GB RAM along with 8GB or 16GB internal storage with a slot for a microSD card. At the back is a 5-megapixel camera while there’s a 1.2-megapixel camera at the front for video chats. Battery is rated at 3,950mAh. Decent specs right?
This tablet runs on Android Jelly Bean but also has some added features such as their floating apps where you can have select apps like the calculator, mail, calender, video players, float on the screen so you don’t have to move away from whatever you’re doing. There’s also the App Locker that lets your password protect specific apps which is useful if you have kids who also use the tablet.
The MeMO Pad HD7 comes in blue, white, pink, green and gray at Php6,995 for 8GB and Php8,995 for the 16GB configuration. They gra and blue are of matte finish while the rest have a plastic glossy back. ASUS will also be selling the protective TransCover with microfiber interior which also converts into a stand for Php1,295.
