Back in June of this year ASUS and the Republic of Gamers (ROG) announced the ASUS ROG Strix X99 Gaming motherboard. It did not only boast of superb specs but also its areas for customization. Allowing users to apply LED effects and decals to make the motherboard their own.
However, ASUS and ROG are stepping up in innovation in the are of customizing. The first to embrace 3D printed parts. ASUS 3D Printing tech will allow modders to make the most of their motherboards through 3D Printed parts.
The video they released shows that this will allow for tidier cable management and cooler M2 drives. As of now though, these 3D printer friendly motherboards have not yet been released in the country be they are coming soon.
