Several Apple Stores in Metro Manila have started selling the new MacBook Air and they’re also running out of stocks as well. A visit to one of the Apple reseller store (iStudio) in Bonifacio High Street, Taguig revealed that new units of the MacBook Air fly off the shelf and into the hands of eager buyers as soon as they become available.
The current prices are as follows:

The SSD version is so expensive it’s more pricey than a 17″ MacBook Pro (2.5GHz Core 2 Duo, 250GB SATA HDD, NVIDIA GeForce 512MB DDR3) at Php138,990.
Other brances in Shangri-la Palaza Mall (+632.8562395), Virra Mall Greenhills (+632.7258641) and Gateway Mall (+632.9125948/49) turned out nothing. Shipping date for newer stocks are yet uncertain.
