Just this week, Anker launched their top of the line devices in an event with Power Mac Center. Anker is a company founded in 2009 by a group of friends working in Google. Their products range from power banks to cables to batteries and even one of the most in demand products nowadays, the USB power strip.
Don’t think that this is just another charger. This is because their power banks have Power IQ and Voltageboost. This enables the battery pack to charge your devices twice as fast and at the same time, take care of your battery pack by having an intelligent chip inside that prevents the battery pack from exploding due to overheating! No more worries that your random battery pack might explode. This is the first time I’ve heard this feature incorporated in a battery pack.
Here are some of the products launched that day:
Nylon Braided Lightning Cable
This Apple-certified cable is more durable than the original cables Apple provides. It can also charge and sync your iPad, iPhone up to 20% faster! It has also been tested to bend over 4,000+ and still retains original appearance and still at peak performance. It also has a verifiable serial number and an authorization chip issued by Apple to ensure 100% compatibility with any Lightning device. SRP is Php 1,150 and is available in silver, black, and gold color.
Powerport 60W 6 Port Wall Charger
Built with industry grade materials and premium circuitry, this was recently awarded by US Dept. of Energy with the most efficient rating of “DOE 6”. It runs 60 watts of power through 6 USB ports that can charge your USB devices simultaneously and fast! SRP for the Powerport 60W is Php 1,950.
PowerCore Series
High capacity and fast charging? Anker has something for you. Tested in the event itself, they tried to charge 2 iPhones, both the same model, both using the same cable, but using 2 different battery packs. Both were charged at the same time and after a few minutes, one of the phones already got 5% while the other was just turning from 2-3%. Technically, it charged twice as fast!
They have 3 available battery packs:
PowerCore 10,400mAh (SRP Php 2,450)
PowerCore 15,600mAh (SRP Php 3,450)
PowerCore 20,100mAh (SRP Php 4,450)
