ACER Predator 21 X, a curved screen notebook, showcased back in September. However, at this year’s Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, Nevada, ACER announced that the unit has started shipping and will be available very as soon as this month in North America and February in China. Being as anticipated as it is, the ACER Predator 21 X’s price is pretty high.
It was announced middle of last year, and this laptop has been highly anticipated since, and for good reason. It has a 21 inch curved screen with 2,560×1,080-pixel resolution. Also packed with dual NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 graphics cards for high graphic games. An Intel Core i7-7820HK processor powers the Predator 21 X, and this massive gaming laptop also sports a system memory of 64GB of RAM and a 7200 RPM hard drive with 1TB capacity. On top of that it also features Tobii eye tracking technology and Cherry MX Mechanical switches.
It does not end there though, five system fans and nine heat pipes keep this powerful machine cool. The Predator 21 X is not just about power but also an immersive experience. A 3 way audio design that is powered by 4 speakers and 2 subwoofers are added to that point.
The ACER PredatorSense also comes preloaded onto the unit. This sotware gives users the ability to customize gameplay experience on a central interface.
With so much power and features packed into one device, it of course comes with a pretty steep price tag. Set to hit stores at USD 8,999 or close to Php 450,000, the ACER Predator 21 X is definitely a big deal.
