Global electronics brand ACER just announced new performance oriented devices. The Aspire V Nitro and the Aspire VX notebooks are at the forefront of these devices.
Acer Aspire V Nitro Black Edition
Available at 15 or 17 inch variants these devices offers a sleek look but also great power and graphics. The base IPS display is at 1920×1080 it also comes with the latest NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 or 1060 Ti graphics.
For the system memory it can be upto 16GB RAM, and it can be expanded to 32GB using the two soDIMM modules. For storage it has an HDD of upto 2TB capacity. All of this i powered by the latest Intel Core i5-7300HQ or i7-7700HQ quad-core processors.
The V Nitro notebooks also come with a finger print sensor at the top of the touchpad for more secure, and password free logins.
The V Nitro 15 Black edition will hit shelves at $1,199 or about PHP 60,000. While the V Nitro 17 Black edition will be at $1,399 or close to PHP 70,000.
ACER Aspire VX15
Priced at below $1,000 the VX15 is a powerful device despite the price tag. Given that it is a gaming notebook that detail is most noteworthy. This unit has a 15.6 inch screen and a 1920×1080 display and the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 which is equiped with 4GB of GDDR5 RAM provides the VX15 its graphics.
Powered with an Intel Core i5-7300HQ quad-core processort, here is also up to 16gb of DDR4. This can expand to 32GB using the two soDIMM slots and for storage it has a 1TB HDD and 128/256/512GB SATA SSD.
Given its power, and price of $799 or PHP40,000, the VX 15 as a result it is a great deal.
Expect the Aspire V Nitro and the Aspire VX notebooks to be available by the first quarter of 2017. Sometime in January or February.
