The Philippines’ #1 buy and sell website, Sulit.com.ph, recently announced its acquisition of the newest go-to-hub for new and used cars, Pinoy Auto Trader (PAT).
According to Sulit.com.ph Managing Director and Co-Founder, RJ David, this acquisition will bolster their classifieds for cars with a more comprehensive and powerful system that would really help car buyers and sellers out there. For PAT though, Sulit will bring immense traffic to the site making them the forefront of online buyers and sellers for cars.
So what will happen to Sulit Cars? This sub-section of Sulit.com.ph will now cater mostly to the C2C market, those individuals who are selling their used cars.
Pinoy Auto Trader, on the other hand, will focus on the B2C market targeting all new and used car dealers in the country. This is accomplished by the PAT platform which features advanced selling tools, comprehensive specifications, updated data, and car reviews provided by C! Magazine. This makes PAT the logical website of choice for car dealers and buyers looking for legitimate dealers.
“œPinoy Auto Trader is delighted to have been introduced to the Sulit Group of companies and believe that the combination of Sulit’s resources and strong command of the local online classifieds market will help provide additional benefits to our services and result in Pinoy Auto Trader becoming the market leader in B2C marketing for the entire domestic automotive industry,” said Pinoy Auto Trader Co-Founder and CEO Daniel Scott.
Sellers who also post their ads in PAT will also have their ads listed in Sulit automatically. The easy to use add-your-car process on PAT will enable sellers to easily upload their vehicle details to both PAT and Sulit.com.ph. However, this doesn’t work the other way around yet.
